This is exactly what I've gotten in sushi bars all over the country. Great eel flavor, sweet and tangy. Very tasty! I'll be ordering the large size now and shrink wrapping is smaller portions!

Identical to the squid salad I've had in Sushi bars everywhere! I ordered these smaller packages just to try it / make sure, but I'll now be ordering the 2kg package from now on (SUCH a better deal)!

Was interested to see how this would taste...
As a pre-packaged salad, I wasn't impressed, totally opposite of the goma wakame (seaweed salad)...
It wasn't bad though. But don't expect the high quality, you expect of the sashimi in this calamari package.
