What a beautiful piece of fish. |

I was very excited to get home and open the package to see a beautiful hunk of fish. As mentioned in the previous review there is a small section of maguro tuna. The fish was buttery and delicious with a very slight lemony hint. It was melt in the mouth delicious. The service and people as always are an A++, extremely customer oriented. I would recommend you try this fish.

I have browsed your web site several times over a year or more, and ordered for the first time just the other day. Everything arrived in excellent condition. I'm delighted with the quality of it all! The scallops (Hototegai) are as good as any I've had at any sushi bar and definitely better than any I can procure locally. They made a wonderful Tiradito. The Uni was of good sashimi quality and we ate half of the Uni the night it arrived. The Chutoro is exquisite, being a cut that includes a nice piece of belly meat and loin. Well done! Thank you. I'll be ordering again soon.

I received my well packaged tuna belly on time and it was fresh as can be! It was sweet and buttery. Well worth the money! Try it and u might never go back to your local sushi hangout!

Fresher than my sushi bars. Better value than my fishmongers. More selection than anywhere I've visited.
California wildfires didn't stop Catalina from delivering a perfect order. Even with a shipper delay, the frozen items arrived arrived solid and the fresh fish was perfectly chilled, due to their expert packing. Whenever there is a question or an issue, I receive a personal call. Highly recommended.

Ordered 4 lbs. with about 12oz is waste.. skin, red meat, etc... Not all toro.. But very good tuna.. good taste, good color.
