This is the best chu-toro we have had in MN and as good as any at the best places on the West Coast or East Coast. Highly recommended.

I have eaten sushi all over the world. This is my first time ordering from Calatina. My Chutoro/Toro was as good as it gets, as was everything else I ordered. Great company! Great Value!

Good quality Chutoro/Toro. Ordered 2 pounds and there was about 1/2 pound of waste/Maguro. The Chutoro and Toro potion was excellent. Equal or better than what you can get at a good Sushi bars.
