Broiled thin slices and topped with a squeeze of lemon/lime and unagi sauce topped with thinly cut green onions! Again, a fav among the people I had made this dish for! There were 20+ guests and I had other fish from this company (ordering for the first time!) and this was one of the best dishes! This is a very good company and stands behind their quality! Packaged with care all of my fish had arrived undamaged and perfect! I will order from them again!!

Great piece of chilean sea bass--I made a perfect dish "grilled sea bass" easily bcoz of its quality.
