Smoked Salmon has been part of my diet for some thirty years and I have tried at least fifteen kinds ranging from Fortnum & Mason, Petrossian and through a host of others, good and bad. This salmon is quite simply the best - a very light smoke, almost no salt, a buttery bit of wonder in the mouth. I had not dared hope that I would ever find the perfect Smoked Salmon but here it is & my deepest thanks to Catalina Offshore Products

Better locally

This still has skin on and is coarse. I prefer what is available at the grocery locally as it is fully cleaned and sliced and more delicate texture. Will not order again.

Cold smoked salmony goodness!

The salmon was quite tasty. The only issue I had with it was one of the pound packages was a fin piece, so a little under half of that piece was waste.

Cold Smoked Salmon

I ordered 2 lbs of the "Cold Smoked Salmon". I could not tell the difference between this and regular sashimi grade raw salmon. Perhaps it was an accident on COP's part, but if what I got was cold smoked, It had no smoke flavor. It was good salmon, don't get me wrong, just not what I thought I was getting...
