Frozen Marinated Black Cod ~11 oz (Gindara Misoyaki) Eel Sushi (Unagi)
Gindara Misoyaki is black cod marinated in miso sauce. It comes frozen in eleven ounce vacuum-packed portions. It is prepared by thawing, toasting, slicing into small strips pieces, and placing on sushi rice for a true delicacy. Our Gindara is a local wild San Diego product. Unagi is precooked and marinated barbequed farmed fresh water eel.
