I loooooooooooove to have a piece of escolar everytime I enjoy sashimi...but with the escolar from Catalina I most have more than one...it is just so buttery, it melts in your mouth...is just the best I have tried.

delicious, buttery flavor. a must if you have never tried this before. sliced as sashimi, this is wonderful dipped in a mixture of ponzu and garlic. great quality!

I have a sushi party once or twice a year, and this is always a party favorite. Taste is fantastic and creamy. Best fish for the value.

Firm, tangy, fresh, absolutely no waste! The best "white tuna" we have had!
1st time buyer here. Although I ordered using the easy on line system, Jeff, at CatalinaOP, patiently and expertly answered all my questions before I finally pulled the trigger. 3 of us got together the next day and had a fantastic sushi/sashimi experience for what would have cost at least 2-3 times as much at a sushi restaurant. The 1st of many to come. Thanks Jeff!
