My first fillet wasn't the prettiest I've seen but the taste was pretty much perfect. For the price its a really good value. I will be ordering more of this.

The quality texture and taste of the Salmon is as good if not better than any of the sushi bars I have been to in Austin TX and I have been to most of them here from the bottom to the top ratted. I have been eating sushi and sashimi for some 35 years now from Venture California to Austin Texas. I have tried what Central Market and Whole Foods calls sushi grade fish and it is not by any stretch of the imagination. I will definitely be ordering more from COP in the future.

Fresh and Fatty |

This salmon is top notch, I was very happy with it. The only complaint I had is that it still had a little bit of the skin on (a really thin layer), but cutting it off was not difficult. It was extremely fresh; it had no smell to it what-so-ever. Very tender meat that nearly melted in my mouth, perfect for nigiri or sashimi. Highly recommended!

I've been ordering primarily my whole diet from this website. After seeing another person rate it kinda par i had to post my 2 cents. I love this salmon, it's the best i ever had. Raw or cooked (i usually steam it if i'm cooking it) it's delicious.

ordered the fish, tried it....wasn't that fresh., ended up grilling it...not sure it was packaging or not but, had too much of a fishy aftertaste if eating it raw
