These were absolutely delicious. The meat was plump and soft but still with a bit of crisp tooth feel and a light metallic initial taste with a sweet creamy finish.

Every west coast oyster makes me sad that the easily attainable and (cheaper) east coast oysters just don’t wow me as much as west coast oysters do.
