Bottom fish are found near the coast either in shallow waters or on the bottom of the ocean. Bottom fish are flaky and have a milder flavor when cooked. We also offer a “catch of the day” special, which can consist of a variety of bottom fish or open water fish that happen to be in stock the day you order.
