Description

Sushi grade geoduck (gooey duck) clams are known as mirugai in sushi bars. Harvested by divers in the Pacific Northwest, these clams live in the sand and mud, showing only the top of the neck. Divers use high pressure water hoses to blast away the sand and mud to dig out the giant geoduck clam.

Note: The quantity you select of this product is number of geoducks, not the number of pounds. Each geoduck wieght approximately 1.5 - 2lbs.
