Fresh Halibut Filets

I am skeptical about buying seafood sent over night; I have been burned big time with Rancid Alaskan Salmon. This Halibut was fantastic; flesh was firm, smelled fresh and it was the best Halibut I have had in a long time. I will order again; The seafood came beautifully pkg. We did have a few bones but perfect besides that.

great bang for the buck

Excellent white firm fleshed fish delivered very fresh. It arrived in full boneless skin-off sides ready to cut for the grill. I seared them on a hot grill, placed them in a pan with some tomato/caper/garlic sauce, covered with foil & placed the pan on the grill (to steam) for 2 minutes & served. Moist, sweet and inexpensive.
Great fish
