The claim is 100% real wasabi no additives or preservatives. The label lists additives and preservatives, artificial color, what else needs to be said

I found that if I took this tube out of the fridge before I started on my sushi rice it was the perfect temperature for squeezing out when I went to use it. I find this brand much better than the imitation wasabi as I call it!! I also love the fact that it is from a company here in the U.S.

I love fresh wasabi and wish the farm would sell it in fresh root form. This processed item is impossible to squeeze from the tube and the water separates. However, The flavor is better than either of the other tubed brands available her in the US

This wasabi is a little chunky and hard to squeeze out, but is definitely worth it. The real wasabi tastes almost nothing like the cheap mustard-horseradish mix you usually get.
