Fresh Tasting |

Received it in a well-packaged container. The salmon was wrapped in a paper towl then placed in parchment paper and then inside a clear plastic bag.
It was remarkably clean - but I still had to do some preparation work before I was able to eat it - clean the fish and remove bits of skin that remained and some bits of bone.
The flavor of the fish was really good, clean and fresh - what I would expect from a good quality restaurant (at a fraction of the cost!).
I just bought some more fresh Salmon and the frozen Scottish Salmon to try.

Just got a pound of this in an order yesterday and MAN is it good! Fresh and firm, great taste, great texture, not much waste at all.
This will equal or rival any sushi restaurant out here in the desert.

Seriously, this is the best salmon I've ever tasted. It's more expensive than buying from the grocery store by far but it's definitely worth it for the flavor and feel. In addition to that, check out the farm's practices. They seem to be the standard for a salmon farm for sure.
