Best salmon i have ever eaten. i got the sushi making kit and made my own sushi which tasted better then going out to any resturant. it was simple easy and quick. i bought 3lbs of this product and i think its all going to be gone buy tonight. deffiantly will buy this agian. i hope you guys always keep this product fresh to ship!

I have been a chef for many years, and often have dinner parties with other chefs and people who know FOOD. Without a doubt, this is my favorite product Catalina offers. I served this to a chef from Okinawa yesterday and his chin hit the floor. IT IS OUTSTANDING. I would raise these fish in my bathtub if I could.

Best Salmon

My wife & I made sushi rolls with this salmon and were on CLOUD 9. We've never had a better piece of fish to work with. It was like butter and super fresh. Will order again and again from Catalina:) Thank you!

Fresh Tasting

Received it in a well-packaged container. The salmon was wrapped in a paper towl then placed in parchment paper and then inside a clear plastic bag.
It was remarkably clean - but I still had to do some preparation work before I was able to eat it - clean the fish and remove bits of skin that remained and some bits of bone.
The flavor of the fish was really good, clean and fresh - what I would expect from a good quality restaurant (at a fraction of the cost!).
I just bought some more fresh Salmon and the frozen Scottish Salmon to try.
