Having grown up in San Diego and fishing my whole life I have missed the incredible seafood ever since I moved to the Midwest. No More! The white seabass delivered was incredible! Right off the line fresh and the 5 pounds I ordered was delivered in 2 expertly cleaned fillets. I will order again and again.

The bass was excellent for grilling. Awesome flavor and texture. Best sea bass I have ever tasted. Don't bother with PL seafoods, come to catalina op!

I dont think this fish could be any fresher unless i caught it myself! Very generous portions that have a luscious, delicate taste. I pan fried it with butter, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and it tasted like something from a five star restaurant!
Definately not Chilean Sea Bass
