I bought 2 of these packages in my first order from Catalina and it is fantastic. The flavor, texture, moisture is far superior to what I'm used to when I order Unagi nigiri locally. Every unagi lover should try this chirashi style over a bowl of sushi rice!! Marvelous!!!

Loved the Unagi...such a fun flavor for the mouth. Im addicted to it. 20 of the 28 guest tried it and loved it as well...needless to say it was gone before I knew it. This is a must try fish.
