Unagi is a very specialized dish, and this is as good as it gets. The toaster method worked perfectly for the prep. COP has me spoiled, no need to go out for high priced sushi anymore!

I will be hoarding these in my freezer. Unagi is my favorite food and I can't believe the price and quality! Amazing!!! I will be a return customer here for all of my sushi supplies

All you need to do is put in the toaster oven for several minutes and enjoy sushi restaurant quality eel at a fraction of the cost
