Arrived half frozen with large portion of blood |

I was really disappointed to order fresh tuna and receive a block of fish that is half frozen. About 1/3 of the fish was tainted with blood, spoiling the flavor of the entire section. Also, the tuna had that strong fishy odor that suggested it was not as fresh as it should be. The flavor was not good enough to eat as sashimi. I ended up making pan seared ahi.

The quality of the fish is great, but along with your 2lbs of fish @ price/lb you get about .75lb of blood meat and skin that you must dispose of, leaving you with about 1.25 lbs of edible meat. Overall, I'd say it's good.

Sure it is nice and fresh, but it still had to be skinned. Additionally, the dark black meat is also charged towards the $17/lb. I had to cut away the dark black meat.

Received another shipment of your Yellowfin Tuna and once again it was outstanding. Everytime we have sushi night people are blown away by the quality of the fish we recieve from you guys Your customer support staff is always extremely helpful and immediately contacts me if there are any issues with my order.
