Some of the best tasting maguro i've ever had. Came a bit frozen but expected in the middle of winter. Nevertheless it was fantastic. Definitely recommended.

First off I have been involved with the sport fishing industry for decades and have caught hundreds of tuna over the years on long-range boats out of San Diego as well as my own boat. I know how to take care of fish and what high quality tuna should be and I have to say that the products I have received from Catalina have always been A+. I was very suspicious about ordering over the internet, but no longer. I have ordered at least 5 times now in various quantities and never been disappointed. As to some of the comments about "blood-line" this dark meat is found on all loin cuts and should be removed prior to eating, and the small amount of waste is simple the price you pay for premium tuna.

Catalina offshore always has the freshest tuna.Great flavor and texture and their customer service cannot be beat!!Keep up the great work.all fish from catalina is awsome.

Awesome sashimi grade fish

Bought some of this Ahi to make tuna tartar and sashimi. Absoulutely awesome taste flavor and texture definitely recommend.
