Thanks JEFF....Sushi party was a hit and the tuna was excellent and FRESH. It was the favorite along with the barbequed eel. The speed handling and shipping was amazing. Thanks so much for helping me with planning as well. I will be ordering on a regular basis...Thanks again....

THIS IS QUITE FRANKLY THE BEST AHI I HAVE EVER ORDERED THRU THE NET. I'VE TRIED A FEW AND WAS ALWAYS UNSATISFIED. I FOUND CATALINA AND I AM HOOKED"HA-HA". I ORDERED A THREE POUNDER AND IT WAS THE BEST PIECE I'VE SEEN. THE FRESHEST OF FRAGRANCES AND TEXTURE. NOT ONLY DOES IT MELT IN YOUR MOUTH IT ACTUALLY MELTS ON THE KNIFE YOUR USING. JEFF GLASGOW PROVIDED FANTASTIC HELP, FROM TIPS TO RECIPIES.
JUST FOR THE FACT OF THE PERSONAL ATTENTION IS WORTH THE TRY. I PROMISS YOU, YOU WILL BE DELIGHTED.

We actually like the flavor of this maguro over the farmed. It is wonderful as sashimi, but it is particularly good cubed in Poke.
Not surprisingly, it's better than any sushi we have recieved in Alabama. I *highly* recommend it.

This was my first purchase from Catalina offshore and I was very skeptical. Boy was I wrong. This tuna was excelent. A 2lb order was huge, and I ended up calling some friends to come eat it with us. I made sashimi (my favorite), spicy tuna roles and regular tuna roles. Everyone loved it!!!!
