HUGE Piece of Tuna!! |

I requested larger pieces of fish as I was planning a BBQ and wanted to do seared tuna on the grill. I purchased several pounds and when my order arrived I received only a few pieces of tuna, but each piece looked like a small box! This is key in searing tuna as you need a large piece to get the perfect rare in the middle to go along with a good sear on the outside. The only way I could have received a better piece of fish is if I had gone out and caught it myself and lets just say I'm not that good of a fisherman!
