This was the least expensive fish on the sushi menu here so I picked it. Not bad. Probably suited for rolls and Donburi dishes than Sashimi.

Excellent flavor and texture! We made spicy albacore rolls, a panther rolls and just sushi. It tasted great all the way around! We are looking forward to trying the tuna (maguro)!
