This albacore tuna is FANTASTIC! Great taste and texture, not too fishy smelling, just right!
Gave it a light sear and MAN is it good!

Only reason I do not give 5* is because it was a bit smelly. We ate it and nobody had any problems, so it was all right!

GREAT Albacore !!

We are Albacore fans. We get Albacore everytime we go to Sushi. We ordered the two different grades and held our breath. Everything arrived on time, wellpacked, and frozen. We ate it the follwing day and it was better than 90% of the PREMIUM fish we had consumed. You WILL be satisfied. We are loyal customers.

I strongly recommend. Great fish well packaged for the trip. I have not eaten a lot of albacore in sushi restaurants and couldn't remember what this was like, but this order made me a fan.
