Lobster dinner for 4 includes 2 of our frozen split California Spiny lobsters average 1 to 1.5 pounds each. The lobsters are caught off of the Southern California coastline by experienced lobster fishermen who deliver them to our plant in San Diego. Also included is a pound of fresh bay scallops (80-120 count), and 12 pieces of fresh white U-15 shrimp.
