This is the best frozen salmon Catalina offers at the moment... if they offered frozen New Zealand though...
This is the best frozen salmon they have though for sushi/sashimi ...

This is AMAZING salmon, just fatty enough, really great for sushi/sashimi! Feel free to cook it even if you don't eat sushi, it's the best quality salmon I've ever had and you'll love it too!
