Fresh & Delicious... hard to believe it's frozen |

Since it is frozen, I highly recommend you order several to "keep on hand". It is very hard to find this quality @ the local asian/Japanese market. The slightly salty & juicy eggs 'pop' in your mouth. Great served over a bowl of rice or traditional 'gunkan' sushi style.

It pops in my mouth. Not very salty nor fishy at all. Very fresh. I love it and definately re-order next time. Thank you Catalina
