Gindara Misoyaki is black cod marinated in miso sauce. It comes frozen in eleven ounce vacuum-packed portions. It is prepared by thawing, toasting, slicing into small strips pieces, and placing on sushi rice for a true delicacy. Our Gindara is a local wild San Diego product.
