This was the best salmon I ordered from COP, much better than the "regular" frozen salmon that is slightly cheaper. We all LOVED IT.

Lean Salmon, delicate flavor, melts in your mouth. If you only order one type of fish from CatalinaOP this should be it. You will NOT be disappointed with the MC Alpine Salmon.

This is the best frozen sashimi I have ever tasted. I live in Houston, so I add Tex-Mex flavor when I can. I ate this on fresh tortillas with cilantro, sliced avocado, and green onions. I dipped it in Wasabi/soy sauce. It made about 15 soft tacos. One drawback - the fish is so good I just wanted to eat it plain.

I love this fish! It literally melts in your mouth and has fantastic aroma, flavor and color. And what I don't use as sashimi or sushi dishes get cooked up and used in salads. I do wish I could find nutritional facts on this product though. I even went to the farms website and the info was not available.
