All the amaebi were in the 8-10/lb the 1st time I ordered like a year ago. All the shrimp were firm and not that sticky when eating.
Ordered some again last week, only like 2-3 amaebi were in 8-10/lb range. All others were probably 12/lb range. A the meat were a bit mushy when i peeled the skin off and a bit stickier than before. But overall still good.
