A agree with the other reviewers as this is what you get for nigiri kani in a good sushi place. I do wonder about the use reccomendations for 30 days - frozen it should last longer. To that end it comes in short - sushi length pieces. That alowed me to cut around the middle of the package and spit it into 2 pieces while still frozen. Another nice thing is you can take those sections and break them down the length axis to take off just what you need. The pieces are wrapped individually with a thin piece of plastic sheet. The only thing better is real queen crab in the same form factor ( individual leg pieces ) problem with that is i would have to go to Takashimas in Shinjuku in Tokyo to get it.....

This is the 'expensive' or 'fancy' stuff that sushi bars serve. Imported from Japan and made with superior spices and ingredients this Krab will sour you to the typical fish paste sticks found in US grocery stores.

Very high quality. Perfect sized sticks. Tastes great in a California roll, and is even good enough for nigiri.

First review??? Imitation Crab was amazing...very flavorful..fooled several people....The crab was craved by many and is a must have for a full sushi party. I made several rolls with the crab and they were the favorites...Thanks for talking me out of the store bought Jeff. Dont settle for the store bought...do it right and try this...MAJOR difference.
