Had a couple of friends over and everybody loved it. Less pickled and less oily than I've had before: mild and delicious.

This is a bit unfair to the fish... It seemed to me to be of high quality, but I personally did not like the flavor so much. (too strong for my taste buds).

This is as good as any Shimesaba can be. Just right amount of vinegar/sugar. Tororo (shaved seaweed) outside the skin enhances its flavor nicely.

I'm love Saba and this was delicious. As with the Uni and Ikura, I only wished I had ordered more.

I love Mackerel, and this was as good as I can get anywhere. No bones in my fillet, and the flavor was spot on. I can only hope my credit card can keep up with my sushi habit.
