This is the best Ankimo we have had in MN. The only better you need to go to the coasts and get at high end sushi bars. Highly recommended.

This Ankimo is so rich and creamy! The perfect accompanyment to any sushi dinner, or alone with soy sauce and wasabi. This is my first time ordering from Catalina Offshore Products, and I am very impressed, also with the care of packaging to ensure freshness.

This Ankimo is fantastic as is everything from Catalina. One can never overstimate freshness. When you get Ankimo in a sushi restaurant there is a vrey good chance that it was defrosted several days ago and is not super fresh. When Freshly defrosted this Ankimo is excellent.

This is a most when you eat sashimi...since I first tried it I always eat it as a side with my choice of fish (usually escolar or yellowtail)...the texture and flavour is perfect and is not salty at all...not to forget that is loaded with nutrients that we really need, in modern times we don't eat organs like we should and this ankimo is great addition for a complete and optimal nutrition.
