I recently had this salad for the first time at a sushi place, and I loved it. I was SOOO happy that COP carried it. I served this as part of an appetizer, and everyone loved it. I also really like this salad as the textures and flavors are great, and it's very light too, which saves room for lots of sashimi and sushi. :)

Basically ordered this and the calamari salad and had nothing, but comments about how great the meal was with this complimenting the sashimi purchased from C.O.P.
Highly recommend it...
In terms of proportions, (background) I prepared this, the calamari salad, lots of sashimi, and sushi rolls, miso soup, green tea, rice, lettuce, and another Thai dish... and with so many options on the table, this was adequate for a party of 5 people.
Great appetizers... probably feeds 1 if eaten alone, 2-3 people as a supplement, and with lots of other options 5 (like my situation).

I am so glad that I stumbled onto your website. Words cannot express how happy I am that I can now have a sushi feast for less than a quarter of a restaurants price. I will recommend you to everyone!! The Seaweed Salad is incredible, exactly the thing that I have enjoy at restaurants!!
