First time using Tobikko, had nothing but compliments across the table. Used them to cover the outside of a spicy shrimp roll, and added a very nice sweetness to the roll. The package amount is just right for around 2-3 rolls depending on how much you use.

I love to use this to top my other sashimi selections, particularly the Ika (squid). It not only helps with a colorful presentation but offers just the right amount of extra flavor & sweetness to liven up that presentation.
So good.
