Order these scallops. Now. They are the best you will ever find. If you have ever made the mistake of trying to pan sear a commercial, sulfite infused sponge they try to pass as a scallop order these and see the difference. And the best thing, you can have them over night!

Great Scallops |

I am the Executive Chef for a resort in the Florida Keys. I've always used scallops from the east coast until i tried this Mano de Leon scallop. they are the best I've ever tasted. Thank you Jeff and Catalina for this great product.
