Izumi-Dai is high quality flash frozen farmed skinless and boneless sushi grade tilapia fillets. Izumidai is commonly used in sushi bars as shiromi, a name or white meat fish. Our Izumidai is a product of Ocean Blue Products and originates in Taiwan.

My first fillet had a powerful fishy taste that overpowered even the spicy garlic sauce I added to it.  I was not happy with the result.  The 5 dollar a pound tilapia I get at my local store is better.  I will cook the other fillet and not order it again.
