Tobikko (flying fish roe) is a popular sushi roe used in many different types of sushi, especially rolls. The small crunchy eggs add an additional texture and flavor. Tobikko is the more traditional roe for which masago is commonly used as a substitute. We sell a variety of high quality tobikko from Azuma Foods in the United States. Ingredients: Herring roe, high fructose corn syrup, soy sauce (soybean, water, wheat, salt), salt, monosodium glutamate, horseradish extract, FD&C Yellow #5, FD&C Blue #1.
