I bought 4 lbs of this Ahi at the end of last week. Arrived promptly the next day and was very fresh. Very very minimal blood line on it - only a few ounces maybe? - which is great in that you're wasting very little of what you've purchased.
I've been having most of this sashimi style with just a little bit of soy sauce and it's excellent - as good as any I've had at local sushi places. Also did some as a tartare or poke style with fried won tons - good as well.
Will definitely be ordering more in the future!

Worth every penny

Just finished my first order. Every bite was delicious and had great texture. I have been advised to eat less beef and more fish. I only eat raw fish so this company is a great find so far. The fresh Salmon s awesome too.

Fresh clean and tasty. I was very impressed with the Tuna. Great texture/taste, very fresh, we at it as sashimi and on Rainbow Rolls.

Ive read some of the reviews prior to reciving my product saying that there was alot of blood and other materials in this fish that werent pleasant, but when i got this fish it was very pleasing no odor and exceptionally fresh. it had a great flavor and taste great in a sushi roll. deffiantly good quantity with quality. will buy agian :D
