This is the perfect topping for so many things, and you got a lot for the money. The taste is sweet and salty, the texture is crunchy. It contains msg for those who want to know. The tobikko makes or breaks maki, and its just not the same without it on some rolls. The color is a really really nice red and does wonders for the presentation. Its very easy to remove a small portion from the container while its frozen. I gave it 5 stars because I can find no faults. Thanks so much catalinaop.

Most of the SUSHI restaurants in the US serves MASAGO but on the menu it says "Tobikko".
This is the real Tobikko and not comparable with any Masagos.
Gotta try it, and you'll love it.
I'll try the green one next.
