Better than the other farmed kind December 4, 2010

The original farmed salmon from Catalina is also delicious, but I must say that this is better.  This is actually less fatty, and much more rich in flavor.  Velvet texture that just melts in your mouth, and the flavor is something that I've never tasted in any other salmon.  It's great.  Even the frozen is unbelievably fresh with no fishy smell at all.  After doing a little research on the supplier online (http://www.mtcooksalmon.com/farm.aspx) I realized why it is as good as it is.  Highly recommended!

After several orders of the sake from Canadian waters, I was curious to try this product.  It was a good decision!  The texture is velvety, the taste superb.  Plus less intermuscular fat and TWICE the Omega 3s!  And best of all, I get to support a small business with a great product!  DON'T HESITATE ON THIS ONE!
