Unagi is a very specialized dish, and this is as good as it gets.  The toaster method worked perfectly for the prep.  COP has me spoiled, no need to go out for high priced sushi anymore!

I will be hoarding these in my freezer.  Unagi is my favorite food and I can't believe the price and quality!  Amazing!!! I will be a return customer here for all of my sushi supplies

All you need to do is put in the toaster oven for several minutes and enjoy sushi restaurant quality eel at a fraction of the cost

I bought 2 of these packages in my first order from Catalina and it is fantastic. The flavor, texture, moisture is far superior to what I'm used to when I order Unagi nigiri locally.  Every unagi lover should try this chirashi style over a bowl of sushi rice!!   Marvelous!!!

Loved the Unagi...such a fun flavor for the mouth. Im addicted to it. 20 of the 28 guest tried it and loved it as well...needless to say it was gone before I knew it. This is a must try fish.

This is a dream come true! Now I can get Unagi that's higher quality than that at the local sushi place. Catalina's unagi is high quality, very tender, practically melts in my mouth! I just throw these babies in the oven to warm them up (microwave would work fine too). Each portion (8oz or so) is about twice the serving size I get at a local sushi restaurant, so the cost is less than 1/4 of the restaurant price (ignoring rice, but that's cheap). Couldn't be any better, I think I will do business with Catalina for the rest of my life, just because of the unagi!
