These are one of the tastiest things I've ever eaten in my life. Try them with lime. I'd give them 6 stars for tasting so fresh I could swear I was eating them straight out of the ocean. This is my new favorite. The texture is so nice in your mouth. When you bite in its just perfect. Make sure you have someone else around though, otherwise you might just eat them all yourself.

Ordered scallops for the first time. Arrived fresh and ice cold. Amazed at the HUGE size and volume. Immediately rinsed one off and sliced it up for a sashimi treat... OMG... firm, tender, pure, mildly sweet melt in your mouth goodness. Does NOT get any better. Then I seared one whole on both sides and just about passed out from the experience. HANDS DOWN THE BEST! Restaurants have NOTHING on these scallops. Will definitely buy again!

Excellent HUGE Scallops	March 18, 2010

I absolutely love scallops... whether sashimi, sushi, broiled, pan fried, deep fried. So for my first order at Catalina I HAD to try them.

Opened up the package, some were slightly frozen from being packaged with totally frozen items, so I thawed them under the sink. Sliced them up and ate probably 10z to myself, and gave the rest to my dad who loved them.

Definitely will buy again!

There is only one word to describe these scallops: heavenly. When I pulled that bag out of the box, I could not believe the size of them; they are the biggest and the freshest I have ever seen. Do NOT attempt to eat these scallops while standing up, your knees will buckle and you will collapse from the euphoria. Yes, they are THAT good. I will probably never be satisfied with any other scallop at any restaurant, so I will definitely be ordering these again soon.

I've been wanting to order from Catalina for quite some time now. Not sure why I never did until this year. Anyway...these scallops are just so insanely delicious...I already want more. The quality of these and EVERYTHING else we got in our order well exceeded any expectations I had. Amazing company. Cheers!

Monster scallops... Excellent, sweet flavor. Very tender. Best I've had. Why bother with rice, soy sauce and wasabi? Just pick 'em up and eat 'em!!

Once you eat good scallops sashimi style it will be hard to ever cook them again. Yum Yum. These are great.

Huge, great flavor and texture. I had to create 2 nigiris from each scallop, they were that big. And I like a big nigiri. Add in the excellent flavor and texture and these are among if not the best scallops I have ever had.
