I cooked this by coating a whole piece with sesame seeds and seared in sesame oil cooked to just fully done. It was fantastic. It is very moist and flavorful. It is a bit hard to slice after cooking as it gets very flaky. Be sure to wrap the thawed portion before cooking in a few paper towels for half an hour or so to get rid of some of the moisture as it has a high water content. It is also very good as sashimi. As they recommend do be careful not to eat too much.
