Pop it in a toster oven to warm it up and in a few minutes it's ready to go. Just like in most sushi bars.

The unagi is tender with just enough fat content to melt in your mouth.  Heat this up in the oven and it's ready to be eaten.  I find the easiest way to cut it is with kitchen scissors.
