I have had a few sushi parties, and everyone loves the himachi!!!  i mostly serve it as sashimi, as its kind of a waste in a roll, the taste is so delicious and light.  A staple to every order.

The Hamachi was excellent. My biggest mistake was leaving it at home with the teenagers. They did save me some. I highly recommend this product.

I could not believe the quality of the Hamachi ordered from Catalina Offshore Products!  Opened it at a party with several friends and it was all we could talk about.  All being regular sushi bar customers, we agreed it was some of the best we ever tasted.

Hamachi is my favorite raw fish.  I really feel that it's worth every penny, because the sushi bars charge so much for hamachi.  High in fat, buttery, melts in your mouth, very rich in flavor.
