Our frozen sashimi grade wild king salmon fillets are
extremely fresh and perfect for making sushi at home. King salmon is very
healthy as it is a great source of protein and omega-3 content.
Also known as Chinook, the king salmon (Oncorhynchus
tshawytscha) is the largest of the Pacific salmon species. This results in
some the fattiest and highest quality sushi grade salmon on the market. We
purchase the fish fresh from California fisherman who catch the salmon by hook
and line. We then cut the salmon in house, and vacuum pack and flash-freeze one
pound portions. The flash-freezing process insures there are no parasites so
the sushi salmon is safe to be eaten raw.
