Our Sashimi Grade King Salmon fillets are extremely fresh. Our supplier is located in Clayoquot Sound, a UNESCO Biosphere reserve located on the west coast of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. The clear, cold, unpolluted waters of the North Pacific Ocean provide the ideal medium for the growth of our naturally raised indigenous Chinook (KING) salmon.
Our King Salmon is some of the fattiest and highest quality on the market. We purchase the fish fresh and then cut, vacuum pack and freeze one pound portions. The freezing process insures there are no parasites so the salmon is safe to be eaten raw.
