These Ebi are well packaged, easy to use and taste good. They are a bit small though. I will be ordering the live prawn next time.

The texture and taste of the shrimp are very good; they are also perfectly prepared and packaged.
For rolls these are very good, but they are pretty small for Nigiri. Definitely smaller than they typically serve at a restaurant. Each one is about 3" including the tail (2.25" without the tail).

Not a lot of flavor, but this is COOKED shrimp, so I did not expect otherwise. Texture was very good. Goes well inside rolls, not so good for nigiri.

Not everyone likes super fancy sushi all the time. These are a bit smaller than what you'd see at a sushi bar but there are quite a few in the tray. They are fully cleaned and ready to lay down on a roll or nigiri. These are quite convenient.

The thin shrimp, just had NO taste. Just a chewy texture but no flavor at all.
