These were great and it was our first time cooking them they were simple to make and came out sweet and juicy a big hit at our Christmas Party

I wasn't sure what to expect with these soft shell crabs. As it was the first time I used/cooked them myself I did some research on the web to figure out how to cook/clean them. Usually you have to clean the gills and cut off the fact. But not with these crabs. They are cleaned and ready to cook right out of the wrapper. And they are yummy!
