I tried a competitors product when Catalina OP was sold out and they were no comparison to what Catalina OP offers. Thanks for having high quality standards. These soft shell crabs are great deep fried for spider rolls.

I wasn't sure what to expect with these soft shell crabs. As it was the first time I used/cooked them myself I did some research on the web to figure out how to cook/clean them. Usually you have to clean the gills and cut off the fact. But not with these crabs. They are cleaned and ready to cook right out of the wrapper. And they are yummy!
