This package of powdered sushi mix can be added to cooked rice to easily create sushi rice. There are two pouches per box, and it makes a total of 6 servings (enough for 1 3/4 cups of rice) 2.9 ounce total. Our powdered sushi mix is a product of Mizkan Group Corp. and originates in Japan.

Ingredients:

  • dehydrated distilled vinegar,
  • (rice flavored distilled vinegar and dextrin),
  • salt,
  • kelp extract,
  • and tartaric acid.
