If this is your first time having a sashimi part or just pure lazy... this kit is the bomb. The only thing missing is the avacodos and cucumbers.
What I enjoyed about this was the japanese rice, the high quality wasabi (powder vs. premade in a tube), seaweed, ginger, vinegar, and the california sushi rolling mat.
This kit was hilarious and humorous cause it did make life convenient. I mean... I did have chopsticks, but this was great for when I have parties at my apartment pad..., or the soy sauce, or even the rice paddle. I'm sure you guys already have these things, but I give the person props for thinking of everything I would have needed. Lots of love and care went into designing this.
The sushi instructions were also a great thing to have to give you guidance and get helpers to help you out.
Kudos to the kit if its what you were looking for.
You could purchase the ginger separately, but the rice ... if I could buy the rice only next time...
