We have ordered this a few times. It is excellent quality. We eat it sashimi style, and it rivals- or is often better than most sushi places we eat out at.
The only thing... is that while it may be 'fresh', it usually freezes during shipping with the dry ice bringing down the temp of the box... so you usually need to thaw it out. It's not as rock solid as the frozen fillets, but it still takes some time to thaw.

Have frequently purchased this from Catalina off shore products, Have yet to be disappointed! Fabulous quality and texture and just a joy to do business with. Am looking fwd to having an awesome New Years Eve party..again! and the Sushi bar will be stocked by Catalina Off Shore Products!

Awesome sashimi

This is our 3rd order from CatalinaOP and the 2nd to contain Yellowtail. Both orders of this have been exceptionally fresh and delicious. I would also like to compliment the consistent size of the fillets. I'll certainly be coming back for more once my Ahi saku blocks are gone. Keep up the great work.

This didn't have any reviews, so that was a little worrying, but no worries anymore! This is great yellowtail and works amazing for sashimi or sushi. Just remember to remove the blood line and you're all set! 2 Sushi lovers enjoyed this and the quality is fantastic.
