Broiled Sea Scallops



1 pound large sea scallops
1/8 cup lime juice, fresh
1 cup minced Italian parsley
1/2 cup red bell pepper, minced
1/2 cup green onions, minced
1/4 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon salt

Combine lime juice, parsley, red pepper, onion, oil, and salt. Add scallops and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Place scallops and marinade in an ovenproof pan under a preheated 400°F broiler and cook until scallops are firm, approximately 7-10 minutes. Serve with a little liquid spooned over the top of scallops, steamed vegetables and your favorite salad.
