1 3/4 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails left on
1/8 cup olive oil
1/2 ounce garlic, finely minced
1/2 tablespoon dried thyme, whole
1/2 tablespoon dried rosemary, whole
1/8 tablespoon ground black pepper
1/8 tablespoon crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Combine shrimp, oil, and spices. Marinate shrimp in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Drain. Discard excess marinade. Using a medium-high heat, cook shrimp in a single layer on a lightly oiled griddle or skillet. Cook until shrimp turn pink and are done (4-8 minutes). Turn halfway through cooking time.
Garnish with lime wedges.
