Local's Ahi Poke



8 ounces tuna sashimi, diced in 1/2" cubes
1/8 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
Pinch chili flakes
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon green onion, chopped
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon sesame oil

Make this on the day of use. Combine all ingredients in a ceramic or plastic bowl and gently mix. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Place on a bed of fresh field greens if desired.

Serves 4 as an appetizer.
