Seafood Marinade



1/2 cup Vegetable oil
1/3 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup Fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Grated lemon peel
1 Clove garlic, crushed
3 lbs Fish or seafood (any firm white fish and/or shrimp, scallops.)

Mix marinade. Arrange fish in a shallow baking dish, pour marinade over fish. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Drain marinade into a small bowl. Broil or grill, basting with marinade.

Serves 6 to 8.
